Education Consultant.


Flexible role with a Sydney-based, edTech start-up. BECOME is transforming careers education for young people around the world. A one-off decision for "what do you want to be" is no longer enough. As Education Consultant, you'll be talking to the decision makers in our existing community of interested schools, helping them to push the button on getting started.

The key objective is more school customers. To do this you'll build relationships, answer their questions , run product demos and provide support for getting started.You'll be free to manage your time effectively, designing your schedule to suit your life and the most effective time to talk to educators.You'll be working directly with the CEO and rewarded on an attractive commission  basis  with a ramp up period and on target bonuses.


  • Consistent inbound and outbound engagement activity via phone, email and video conference with schools who are considering BECOME.ME

  • Provide product demonstrations and consultancy for program design online

  • Close the deal 

  • Ensure new customers are smoothly onboarded

  • Proactively build and grow our community with ideas that will drive interest and understanding of the program to schools.


Must have 

  • Proven ability to sell to schools

  • K-12 education experience / knowledge

  • Must be a self-starter as this is a fully flexible role with the option of working remotely

  • Tenacity with the ability to build relationships quickly with school leaders. 

Ideally have

  • Active social media presence

  • Start up / growth marketing experience

  • Teaching or career development qualification
