Can a school pay BECOME staff to run the program in their school?

The BECOME model is underpinned by a whole-school approach to careers education. Teachers are an integral part of its success as they know their students best, and this relationship is a vital part of the program.

BECOME staff lead a PL and Planning day which provides teachers with a briefing on contemporary careers education, trains them in how to use the BECOME program, and explores BECOME's provided scope & sequence of lessons (to make sure it meets the needs of their students, and make adjustments as needed).
